William M. Stewart, Principal
Bill has extensive Human Capital Management and Corporate Finance/ Operations experience.  He has a clear and proven track record of developing and leading people to great success.  He is an expert in communication, network development, team integration, and process redesign.

Bill is experienced working with Fortune 500 companies and developing start-up firms.  He previously worked for Marsh McLennan in their employee benefits consulting arm, William M. Mercer.  He also worked for JP MorganChase completing their Corporate Finance Credit Training program and their Management Development Program.  He has started more than five successful firms, all serving specific niches within the Human Capital Management Sector.  Bill is a graduate of the School of Management, Boston University.   

C. Sean Clancy, Principal           
Sean has over 20 years of broad-based business experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management, Customer Relations, and E-Commerce. He is a versatile communicator with expertise leading sales teams as well as diverse service teams in pursuit of business process improvement, business / technology integration, team development, and leadership development.  Sean is a respected and results oriented professional who has focused on a coaching style of management since 1985.  He worked with Executive Mentoring & Coaching, Inc. in Los Angeles from 1998-2002 prior to joining Advance Leadership Development.

Sean has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as CSX Corporation (Sea-Land Service Inc.), Automatic Data Processing, and Sirva, Inc. (North American Van Lines) as well as for three start-up companies during his career.  Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts and received his Master’s of Liberal Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
